• In the event of death, the outstanding insured mortgage balance, plus accrued interest, plus settlement interest up to age 80 is paid to a maximum coverage of $500,000
• Joint coverage available 
• Premiums adjusted downward when additional payments of $5,000 or more have been paid against the mortgage
• Interim coverage available - immediate coverage to offset contractual liability with vendor
• No underwriting - on site issuance under $250,000 and  in good health
