IMPORTANT MESSAGE ON MAKING BILL PAYMENTS
When you pay a bill from your account, please allow 2-4 business days minimum for your payment to reach the vendor. Once your payment leaves your account, we have no control over how long it takes to reach each vendor through the electronic process. We encourage you to pay it at least 2 days before the due date.
YOUR CHEQUING ACCOUNT UPDATES
All deposits to your credit union account through any ATM machine will be held for 24 hours to verify the deposit. ATM and POS limits on your Chip Cards are set to $300 per day to withdraw cash and $500 per day for point of sale transactions. You can increase these limits by calling our office during regular business hours.
NO CHEQUE RETURNS
Effective April 1, 2012 we will not be able to return actual cheques that you have written on your account. You can sign up for e-statement and download copies of cheques written on your account.
