4 ripe bananas
2 cups whipping cream or ready-made whip cream in a can
18 miniature chocolate chips

2. Pour into small glasses.

3. Using a small sandwich bag with the corner cut off or a can of whipped cream, top each glass with whipped cream in a ghost shape.

4. Place two chocolate chips for eyes on each glass.

Apple Bars

You will need:
½ cup melted butter
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup apples, peeled, cored and diced (Granny Smith are best, but any will do)
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Grease and flour 8 x 8 inch baking pan.

3. In a large bowl, mix melted butter, sugar and egg.

4. Add flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Stir well until completely mixed.

5. Stir in apples and walnuts if using.

6. Spread batter into pan.

7. Bake for approximately 40 minutes. A toothpick inserted in centre should come out clean.

Bars may vary in firmness, depending on apple used. Some apples are softer than others once cooked.
