Sandbox Pudding Cups You will need: Ready-to-eat pudding cups, favourite flavours Crushed up graham crackers Small paper umbrellas Gummy worms, teddies or fruit snacks in fun shapes Remove the foil top off the pudding cup. Sprinkle crumbs all over the top to make a “sandbox”. Place the umbrella off to one side. Place a gummy treat or fruit snack on the “sand”. Eat and enjoy. Fruit Pizza 1 tube of ready-made sugar cookie dough 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese ½ cup white sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla Fruit – try apples, peaches, bananas, strawberries, kiwi, grapes Flatten the ready-made dough into a pizza pan and bake according to the instructions. Allow to cool. In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together and spread on the cookie dough pizza. Arrange fruit on top in a nice pattern. Chill. Cut into pizza slices for serving. Pink Honey Lemonade 1 cup water 3 fresh strawberries, sliced 1 cup white sugar ½ cup brown sugar 1 tsp honey 7 cups water 1 ¾ cups fresh lemon juice 2 slices orange In a pot, combine the 1 cup water, strawberries, white and brown sugar and honey. Bring to a boil then simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool to room temperature, cover and chill. In a large pitcher, mix together 7 cups water, lemon juice and orange slices.
