COVID 19 Updates and Branch Changes

The Police Credit Union is helping to protect not only our staff and members but also the propsperity of the GTA and Ontario during these challenging times.

Our Coronavirus Task Force continues to monitor the coronavirus pandemic situation and respond to the most recent developments as directed by Government Officials and Officials of Public Health.  The safety of our staff and our members continues to remain our top priority.

As an essential financial service provider for our members we will be implementing a temporary delivery model by reducing branch and call centre hours of operations to ensure we can continue to meet service expectations. Some staff will be working on a rotational basis while others will be on-call at home isolated from main operations.  A few of our staff will work from home, when this can be accommodated, and we have relocated some staff resources to other locations to aid in our business continuity planning.

The Police Credit Union remains dedicated to our members’ financial well-being, as such we continue to monitor Credit Union operations and amend our protocols ensuring critical functions remain in place and member service continues with as little disruption as possible. We do ask for your patience and understanding during these challenging times, but rest assured we remain committed to taking care of all our members.

Temporary Hours and Branch Changes

The Police Credit Union will move to new hours effective Monday March 30th to protect the health our our staff, our members and the public.

We understand the importance of cotinuing in providing an essential service to our members during this challening time.


Halton, Peel, Durham, Toronto and Newmarket

All Branch Hours of operations (Appointment Only) – Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

You can make an appointment by phone, email or by connecting with our Call Centre.

To conduct in-person business with Branch Staff. We ask that you limit branch visits for cash transactions and ask that you use ATM’s whenever possible.  In addition, the extended late hours of the branches have been suspended.


Hours of Operations – Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
Saturday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm

Appointments can be arranged by telephone, email, secure messaging through on-line banking or by contacting the Call Centre. Our branch teams will continue to assist you by telephone and email.

Before Granting Access to Any Branch...

You will be asked a series of health questions so that we can ensure the safety of our staff and other members. If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms or you have recently travelled, you will not be permitted to enter the branch. For those that do enter our branches we ask that you be mindful and abide by physically distancing yourself at least two metres from one another and avoid handshakes.
