2022 Board of Directors Statement of Interest

    RODNEY FRASER

I have been a proud member of The Police Credit Union for the past 39 years and have been involved in various positions. I have been a Liaison Officer, Education Committee member, and Liaison Advisory Committee member. I have now had the privilege of working on your board of Directors for the past 3 terms. As a team member on your Board of Directors, I have had the honor of serving on the Audit Committee as your Chair, Board Vice Chair, and now currenlty Chair of your Board of Directors. Every one of these positions have added to my Credit Union knowledge and desire to continue. I hope with your ongoing support I may continue serving you as a Director.

Since becoming a Board Member in 2013, I have successfully completed my mandated courses required to fulfill my role of Director and have continued to do so. I have used my influence as a Director to generate new memberships and have worked closely with all TPCU members and staff. I have worked diligently alongside other Board Members to generate new ideas and business strategies.

I retired from York Regional Police as Staff Sergeant assinged to the Duty Inspector office after 35.5 years of dedicated service to my community.

My wife, Kim retired from the Region of Durham after 34 years in Emergency Medical Services. Our son Jay is a York Regional Police officer and assigned to Headquarters and lives in Aurora with his wife Lisa and their two children.
