My card is expiring this month (or soon) and I have not received my new card, what do I do?
We’ve arranged to extend the expiry date, so your card will work even though it says expired, until we get your card replaced. The cards are expected to work at most locations, but it is possible that there may be issues with devices that read the expiry date on your actual card, and thereby prevent you from using it. If this is an issue, you may go into any of our branches to get a replacement card. If you are unable to go into a branch, contact our Member Solutions Team at 1.800.567.2557 or at
