Is Your Member Card Expiring in May or June?

Due to a supply-chain issue, we do not have replacement cards available prior to your upcoming expiry date.

My card is expiring this month and I have not received my new card, what do I do?

All replacement cards have been mailed out. If you need a card right away, please visit one of our branches. If you are unable to go into a branch, contact our Member Solutions Team at 1.800.567.2557 or at memberhelp@tpcu.on.ca for assistance.

My card is expiring soon, I know that you've extended the expiry date, but I would like a new card as soon as possible.

We are happy to accommodate you. The simplest approach is to go into any of our branches and pick up a replacement card. If you are unable to go into a branch, contact our Member Solutions Team at 1.800.567.2557 or at memberhelp@tpcu.on.ca for assistance.

When will I get my new card?

The new inventory will be available soon. Once received, we still need to generate the cards, and mail them out to our members. We expect cards to be sent out late June and early July.

Why were new cards not issued prior to the expiry date?

I’m sure you’ve heard from various media sources of supply-chain issues these past few years, including chip shortages, mostly during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. Supply is starting to return to normal, but it is taking time for delivery and manufacturing of these products. We have been diligently following up with our suppliers and are told that our cards will be ready to mail out to our members in the months of June and July.
