Attention Members: Interac Online Decommission
On May 31st 2024, Interac will be decommissioning the Interac Online payment services with all Credit Unions including ours. The reason is due to the fact that there is a decreasing number of merchants accepting this form of payment and more widely accepted payment options have been made available.
Please note using online banking or your MemberCard/Debit Card to make payments and withdraw funds from ATM is not affected by this change. This also does not affect Interac e-money transfers.

If you are using Interac Online payment services for bill payments or CRA remittances its important you change your payment method before the end of the month. If you have any questions, please contact our Member Solutions Centre.

How Interac Online works
When shopping online at any participating merchant, follow these five steps to complete your purchase with Interac Online:

At the merchant’s checkout screen, select Interac Online as your payment method.

Choose The Police Credit Union from the list of financial institutions.

Log into our secure online banking.

Select the debit account you wish to use and confirm the transaction.

Once the transaction is approved you’ll automatically be logged out and re-directed to the merchant’s confirmation page.
