2026 Board of Directors Statement of Interest

Tim Reparon

My name is Tim Reparon, and I am seeking election to the Board of Directors of the Police Credit Union because I believe in strong, transparent governance and the vital role our Credit Union plays in supporting the financial well-being of our members and their families.

Professionally, I bring extensive experience in leadership, collaboration, and organizational governance through my involvement in member advocacy, labor relations, and strategic decision-making within the policing community. These roles have required me to balance diverse perspectives, analyze complex financial and operational information, and make principled decisions that prioritize long-term stability and member confidence. I have developed a strong appreciation for accountability, ethical leadership, and the importance of maintaining trust and values that closely align with the cooperative principles of our Credit Union.

Personally, I am committed to service. I understand the unique financial needs and challenges faced by police members, civilian staff, and their families, and I am motivated by the opportunity to help shape policies and strategies that ensure our Credit Union remains competitive, innovative, and financially sound in a rapidly changing financial landscape.

I am seeking election to contribute a thoughtful, independent voice to the Board—one that asks the right questions, supports prudent growth, and always keeps members’ best interests at the center of decision-making. Members should vote for me because I bring integrity, practical leadership experience, and a strong commitment to representing their perspectives while helping guide the Credit Union toward a secure and sustainable future.
